catering
services at
the September
19, 2005
board
meeting. The
contract will
be affective
October 1,
2005.
If you
already have
events
scheduled for
the month of
October with
BFS they have
agreed to
provide those
services to
you at the
current bid
prices.
Events that
are scheduled
after October
31, 2005
should be
rescheduled
with
Maurice's.
Please call
me if you
have any
special
situations
that would
prevent this
change.
Events that
have not been
previously
scheduled for
after October
1, 2005
should be
made with
Maurices.
A copy of
the bid
prices and
contact
information
is being sent
today to each
of the
division
director
secretaries...please
make the
appropriate
copies and
distribute to
the
individuals
that may be
using this
contract.
