The following dates have been scheduled for those districts
choosing Option I (McKownville United Methodist Church) for IEP
meetings. You will be receiving a memo requesting your choice of
IEP scheduling Option (see below). The IEP meetings at
McKownville Church are scheduled by Region, District and Teacher
so that teachers may be available to you at the McKownville
Church with the least amount of interruption to student programs
and requiring the minimal amount of teacher absence from the
class. You will notice some regions have overlapping dates.
This was done in an attempt to accommodate those districts with
smaller numbers of students in BOCES classes. The scheduling
matrix is a complex task of coordinating district time and
teacher time. We appreciate your consideration and
accommodation in this scheduling process. As always, we look
forward to meeting with you and hosting beneficial conferences
for your students. |
